Quality /ˈkwɒlɪti/:
  • the standard of something as measured against other things of a similar kind; the degree of excellence of something.
  • a distinctive attribute or characteristic possessed by someone or something.
It has become commonplace to classify almost anything as of good quality without verifying. This often misleads those who have seen better and want to settle for nothing less, who are persuaded by brilliant marketing to accept a poor quality grade as good enough if not great.
As builders, we know what it takes to deliver a finished house which boasts premium quality from the materials used to the fixtures and fittings. We have the option to promise Grade A and offer a lower grade instead, but this will eventually come to light. We have the option to disguise inferior products as top quality and we can get away with it in the short term, but time is a good judge of quality. Knowing these, we choose to hold ourselves to our promises to our clients, by sourcing our materials from reputable entities who also understand the mark of quality we seek. We don’t just source with proximity in mind; we consider quality over ease of access and cost.
We are building houses that will last our clients’ lifetimes. We are not looking forward to going back to finished houses to make modifications and fix problems that arise from poor quality work and materials. We understand that long after we deliver a finished property, our work will speak for us. As such, we do not cut corners or settle for less.
